We were honored to attend the “𝗘𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗸 𝗳ü𝗿 𝗘𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮” charity evening hosted by Linum Europe-client Rechberger last monday.

During this warm and moving event, we had the opportunity to hand over a €𝟭.𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 to support Emilia and her family. Emilia, a 13-year-old girl, is currently undergoing intensive rehabilitation after a severe swimming accident last year.

We are grateful to have been part of this heartfelt initiative. 💙

Our Linum Charity has been supporting families and research efforts for orphan diseases.

But where does the name "Linum Charity" actually come from? The Linum Charity is closely linked to the Linumgroup. Founder Fred Vanderbeke named his company after flax (Linum in Latin). Fred's grandfather was a flax farmer and so Fred is closely linked to flax.

Flax, a noble product, producing beautiful and innovative products out of daily labour and effort. The flax sector is known for its entrepreneurial spirit that encourages solidarity and cooperation with human warmth. We wish to convey these values within our group of companies and the Linum Charity.
