In the IMA terminology, cross-border networking has a double meaning.

IMA - International Management Assistants is your leading global network for management support professionals who focus on their personal development and on the future of their profession. Members have access to a professional network encompassing a vast range of business cultures, languages and lifestyles, whilst at the same time providing a network where everyone will be on common ground in a safe and learning environment. Firstly, it describes the international nature we offer to our members, and secondly, it indicates IMAs aim to network with other management assistant associations.

We often associate professional growth with new roles, new organisations, and new beginnings. But what happens when growth comes from staying, adapting, taking ownership, and continuously expanding your influence?
