In numbers BEST international consist approximately of 3000 active members working for 20.000 applicants to BEST events, from a target group of 1.000.000 students belonging to almost 90 leading universities in 30 European countries... and communicating with each other in English.

The climate is changing... and so is Infrabel!

What must INFRABEL, the Belgian railway infrastructure manager, do to ensure that trains can still run on its rail network in 50 years’ time?

What can you expect?
* Find out what our biggest climate challenges are during this inspiring workshop.

Tonight you can learn all about the BEST courses at “Get 2 Know BEST”. On Friday we’ll gather to sing and party together at the cantus. Next week we have our members’ meeting (member or not - everyone is welcome!), followed by a cozy movie night.

Klimaatverandering, ongelijkheid, desinformatie… Dit zijn allemaal wicked problems: uniek, complex en zonder een eenduidige oplossing. Tijdens deze BEST soft skills training op 20 november ontdek je wat wicked problems precies zijn en leer je strategieën om deze aan te pakken. Tijd om je creativiteit te testen!

Our first BEST soft skills training of the academic year is in sight: Wicked problems & how to solve them! 💡
Climate change, inequality, misinformation... Those are all wicked problems: unique, complex, and without a “right-or-wrong” solution. In this soft skills training organised by BEST on November 20th, you’ll learn what characterises a wicked problem and which strategies you can use to start solving them. Prepare to get creative!
