Three days in Opatija - years of dedication behind them !
As we look back on 11th EAI International Conference on Management of Manufacturing Systems (MMS 2026) and 10th EAI International Conference on Future Access Enablers of Ubiquitous and Intelligent Infrastructures (FABULOUS 2026), we want to take a moment to celebrate the people who make these conferences what they are.
Behind every presentation, discussion, and new connection are people who have spent years building something meaningful together.
This year, we had the pleasure of recognising Prof. Dragan Peraković with an award for Outstanding Leadership, acknowledging his long-standing dedication, leadership, and invaluable contribution to the EAI community. Dear Prof. Peraković, thank you for the years of trust, commitment, and genuine care you have brought to this collaboration. It's people like you who make our community so special.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to Lucia Knapcikova whose dedication, support, and commitment to the research community are deeply appreciated. We're grateful to have people like you alongside us.
And, of course, to all our keynotes Dr. Anca Delia Jurcut and Dr. Markus Brillinger ,organising committees, speakers, authors, reviewers and participants thank you for sharing your knowledge, your time, and your enthusiasm with us. We're also grateful to our industry partner ArQus Solutions, for being part of this year's event.
The presentations may be over, and everyone may be heading home, but the relationships and collaborations built along the way continue.
