Rare Revolution Cylinder Heads – Shovelhead 1200
Due to having surplus parts, I am offering a set of original Revolution cylinder heads for the Harley-Davidson Shovelhead 1200.
These high-quality aftermarket heads were supplied by Zodiac and built by Ger Dijkshoorn in the 1990s as a performance upgrade for Shovelhead engines. They are machined from billet Fortal R6 duralumin and were designed with a clear focus on maximum airflow, improved combustion, and enhanced cooling.
What makes these Revolution heads unique is that the combustion chamber and port design were inspired by Porsche engineering, aimed at achieving a significant power increase compared to the standard cast heads. According to the original documentation, gains of more than 20% in both horsepower and torque were achieved.
