The third day of GO2VET training event hosted by IAL Marche is officially over. Yesterday we had great moments addressing the specific modalities to run One-Stop-Shops in partner countries and presenting the monitoring system to track the progress. We ended the day with the presentation of communication tools and how to use them to spread the voice about these new services.

More moments of our first training day yesterday. It was a great session mixing roll-play activities to simulate interview in an OSS setting, design a safe space and define practical micro-actions based on existing one-stop shops…all these activities were to learn practical tools to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for migrants. Let’s wrap up our first session of the last GO2VET training event organised by our partner IAL Marche !

This morning we made icebreaking activities to build team spirit and to align expectations on the training, then we addressed the topic of “Working with people who have experienced trauma”. The goal of this session was to make the operators able to conduct interviews and groups with a trauma-informed and empowerment-focused approach.

Here we are, our third and last training event for operators just started! is going to host us for the next 3 days in Ancona, Italy.

Yesterday, the third and last day of our training session at Charleroi was totally dedicated to involve operators in the active understanding of the one-stop-shop guidance services. It was really great to have this working session also because Anolf Marche Odv IAL Marche IHK-Projektgesellschaft mbH Ostbrandenburg Zeuxis Support Group Network - SGN Cyprus Refugee Council RED ÍNCOLA operators could work in small groups and simulate the one-stop-shop design.

Finally, in the afternoon partners were involved in the networking cafè and they had the opportunity to chat and share visions with the local stakeholders invited at the event.
