Convinced by the absolute necessity of maintaining or restoring biodiversity, we work with the objective of achieving it through human means.

We want to leave a better world with aware, careful and responsible actors. For this, we are a little more creator of sustainable paradises every day through the restoration of virtuous biotopes.
Our mission:
Set up participatory eco-villages on arable land to be reforested and cultivated following permaculture principles.

How do we get there?
Our project covers three pillars: culture, habitat and participation.
It is through the capture of investment funds, the purchase of arable land, the monitoring of deployment, the sharing of information, operating aid and qualitative monitoring, that Bioterra will ensure the success of his assignment.
Therefore, under the cover of a solid team and structured information, Bioterra will provide programs, plans, contracts, techniques, methods, recipes, support, purchasing office, various web applications, access to forums, etc. to any investor wishing to support this type of project.
Fields of activity
Provide assistance in the production of landscape architecture : plans of paths, access, best cultivation areas, forest planting, habitats, common areas, water and electricity networks,
Provide technical support for the production and conservation of water and electricity adapted to the different locations,
Negotiation of grouped purchases (quality, warranty, prices, etc.),
Manage the design & the production of different products (like connectors for habitat),
Provide information plans and techniques for gardening and/or organic permaculture agriculture,
Provide a methodology to develop a commercial tree's nursery on site,
Provide detailed plans for the construction of removable, autonomous and low ecological footprint habitats,
Provide cooking and conservation recipes specifically intended for restaurants developed on the site,
Provide access to administrative support (employment contract, technical sheets, etc.),
Support for decision-making through a web application.
Practically:
1. What has already been done:
It is with pride that together, investors, partners and the whole team, for eleven years, we have already set up:
Design and the realization of several removable houses in earth, wood or aluminium in Morocco or Belgium,
Effective transformation of two plots: 10 hectares in Costa Rica and 13 hectares in Morocco as two practical cases,
Launching of a social and societal laboratory in Belgium with multiple collaborative activities,
Setting of urban vegetable gardens and hydroponic crops in close collaboration with a team of market gardeners in Belgium,
Running a guest house in Morocco to increase knowledge in hotel management (Ecolodge DavMahal),
Development of a collective and creative intelligence application (DonkeyChat) for decision-making,
22 years of experience in catering with the development of a network of 20 pastries workshop-boutiques,
To set a team of commercial & industrial engineers, carpenters, restorers, architects and political scientists.
2. What remains to be done:

Deployment:
Selection of plots: for example, aim in priority for plots of at least 5 hectares within a radius of 30 km around a town of min. 100,000 inhabitants,
Design the plots: our landscape architects and engineers delineate areas for reforestation and cultivation, the location of housing and common areas, animal areas, access roads and networks. They then calculate capacity needs for storage and water and electricity supply. Objective: half of the surface of the land is reforested with integrated habitat and the other half will be intended for crops, orchards and collective spaces.
Presentation file to local authorities for permits,
24-month agroforestry program:
Development of pumping, electricity or hot water production, storage and water and electricity distribution networks,
Construction of access roads, plantations, tillage and launching of the nursery,
End of work: first harvests and launch of the restaurant.
24-month agritourism program:
Transmission and monitoring of housing and collective construction plans to local teams,
Launch of the hotel business,
Consolidation of the agroforestry phase.
Marketing support:
Presentation brochure for SRI (Social Responsible Investment) type investment funds,
A Bioterra website and intranet for collecting, structuring and sharing useful information,
Lobbying with public authorities with the search for various grants.
