The Women network from Solvay & Polytech A Women Network, WHY? So when you do need it, your network is readily available. A Women Network, HOW?

(1)To promote networking: despite all other obligations it is crucial to network when you don't need it. (2)To benefit from all the advantages of a cross-generational network, with intimacy, complicity and kindness. * sharing of experience, offering risk-free discussions forums with people who have faced similar issues;
* events on unconscious biases and different expressions of competences across genders;
* creating mentoring pairs;
* exchanging professional opportunities;
* sharing the members' other networks. (1)Via workshops on several and recent topics. (2) Via elevator speech : it is an opportunity to get your point across in a timely manner; namely, who you are, what you've accomplished, and where you hope to go in the future. (3) Via Linkdlin : Each week a publication will be shared by administrators.
