* sharing of experience, offering risk-free discussions forums with people who have faced similar issues;
* events on unconscious biases and different expressions of competences across genders;
* creating mentoring pairs;
* exchanging professional opportunities;

(2) Via elevator speech : it is an opportunity to get your point across in a timely manner; namely, who you are, what you've accomplished, and where you hope to go in the future. (3) Via Linkdlin : Each week a publication will be shared by administrators.
