We wrapped up two inspiring days of our boot camp with activists from across Europe who joined us to learn how to combat antisemitism through traditional media, social media, and diplomacy.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the amazing team at Chabad House Copenhagen for opening their doors to us over the past two days, making us feel at home, taking care of all our needs, and sharing with us the story of their community and its important history. A special thank you to Rabbi Katzenstein and Rabbi Lowenthal for all their hard work and dedication.

We also extend our gratitude to the Jewish Community of Copenhagen and to the chairwoman of the community, Ms. Rosen, for welcoming us so warmly and sharing not only how the community came together in a way that gives us hope, but also how supportive the Danish government has been in ensuring the safety and security of the community. We came to share our work and experience and we end up learning from the community much more.

The success of this boot camp was made possible thanks to this wonderful spirit of cooperation and partnership. We look forward to continuing and strengthening our collaboration in the future for the sake of our shared mission of ensuring that Jewish life across Europe be as safe and prosperous as possible.

“Stop this madness and protect our Freedom of Religion.”

Dozens of Jewish leaders across Europe have issued an urgent appeal to European, EU and Belgian leaders following attempts to criminalize Jewish circumcision in Belgium.

We are very excited that the first day of our bootcamp in Copenhagen was such a success and truly inspiring. We had the opportunity to meet sharp-minded individuals who share a genuine passion for tackling the challenges we all face today.

It was wonderful to exchange experiences, share our work, and learn from the diverse perspectives and insights of all the participants.

Thank you all for taking the time to join us this week

We were honoured to organise an inspiring event with the Jewish community in Copenhagen: Standing Strong Together – The Future of Jewish Life in Denmark, held at Københavns Synagoge.

We would like to sincerely thank this wonderful community for joining us and contributing to such a meaningful discussion. While we had the opportunity to share our perspectives, we also learned so much from them — about their daily lives, the similarities and differences within our communities, and, most importantly, how we can strengthen one another in our shared commitment to supporting and safeguarding Jewish life across Europe.

Today, EIPA hosted a highly insightful press briefing in London for journalists from a range of UK newspapers and media outlets, featuring Alex Grinberg, Iran expert at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security.

Drawing on his extensive expertise, Grinberg shared his analysis of Iran, the current regional situation, and Iran’s alleged involvement in attacks in the UK targeting Jewish communities. He also addressed journalists’ questions regarding the UK government’s approach toward Iran, the proscribing of the irgc as a terrorist entity, as well as Iran’s level of preparedness should the war resume.

We would like to thank Alex Grinberg for joining us in London and CAMERA UK for partnering with us on this successful and insightful press briefing.

A media briefing was held in Madrid by EIPA and organized by our colleague Juan Caldés, bringing together different journalists to examine the evolving geopolitical implications of the Iran war and its boarder consequences for Europe and the Middle East. The session featured Alex Grinberg as a speaker, who provided key insights into the strategic dimensions of the conflict, possible regional scenarios and what developments may lie ahead in the months to come.

They filmed everything. They wanted the world to see it but much of the world has chosen to ignore it, simply because the victims were Jewish and Israeli. But silence is no longer an option.

Yesterday, the Civil Commission on the October 7th crimes committed by Hamas against women and children released one of the most difficult documents to read about the atrocities committed on October 7th and against hostages in captivity. A report that the dedicated team of the Civil Commission and experts from around the world worked meticulously and with the utmost care, compassion, and integrity to collect and document.

The report includes testimonies from more than 430 witnesses, survivors of October 7th, medical experts, first responders, and forensic examiners who documented what they saw. Every page is a brutal reminder of the atrocities committed that day and in captivity. Each testimony reveals acts of extreme cruelty and brutality that are deeply disturbing to read.

What is so devastating and infuriating is the silence and denial that has followed.
On a personal note, for those who have watched the footage, the live broadcasts, seen the images, and listened to the testimonies, it is difficult to fully describe the weight of witnessing the world’s silence in the face of such cruelt. We can only imagine what the survivors, the victims, and their families have been enduring for the past two and a half years since October 7th.

We are here to say to the world, governments, the UN, international organizations, activists, and those who have spent two years denying or minimizing what happened, silence is no longer acceptable. You cannot ignore it any longer. You cannot pretend not to know.

"In the last few days, there's a huge story in Belgium. In Belgium, the Mohalim were indicted for doing brit milah. Mohalim, indicted by the Belgian authorities.

This is incomprehensible, outrageous. Something that doesn't, you know, doesn't resonate. After decades ago, the Jews of Belgium were expelled from being Jews and sent to the concentration camps and extermination camps.

And now, Jews cannot hold brit milah according to belief and faith because the Mohalim were indicted. And it's a battle that's going on. So now, we have to show solidarity for the Jewish community in Belgium.

And I call upon all leaders of the world, Jewish leaders and leaders in the world to condemn and to work hard and convince the Belgium authorities to reverse their decisions and help the Jewish community. We in Israel will help the Jewish community in Belgium"

Israel’s President Isaac Herzog spoke strongly about the situation in Belgium during his visit to Costa Rica. We must ask the Belgian government how many more warnings do they need before they understand that their actions are pushing its Jewish citizens away from Belgium?

It is already difficult and dangerous to be Jewish in this country. The Jewish communities are already forced to live here needing constant protection of armed soldiers simply to maintain community life. And now, the community may also face bans and legal action against people performing a ritual that is sacred and central to Jewish life?

One of the words that has been thrown at Israel and at the Jewish people as a whole since October 7 by masses of people with little to no understanding of its meaning or history is the word “genocide.”

What many do not know is that the term was coined by Raphael Lemkin, a Polish Jewish Holocaust survivor who lost almost his entire family during the Holocaust.

When Jews repeatedly say that our own history is being weaponize against us, this is exactly what we mean.

Today, the Lemkin family is pursuing legal action against a Philadelphia based nonprofit that appropriated Raphael Lemkin’s name and legacy for what they argue has become a political activist agenda under the title "Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention"

EJA has joined the Lemkin family, not only to seek justice, but also to correct the distortion of Lemkin’s work and legacy.

EJA Chairman Menachem Margolin stated that the institute “pretends to be an academic one” while in reality functioning as an activist organization that “spreads lies about Israel.”

The man who gave the world the term “genocide” did so after witnessing the destruction of his own people. Twisting his legacy into a political weapon against the Jewish state is not justice, it is a distortion of history itself.

Thank you New York Post and Bethany Mandel for such an important article

The family of Raphael Lemkin are taking legal action against the Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention, which is using his name for its own agenda.
