Have you ever wondered how many languages are spoken throughout Europe? Do you enjoy listening to other foreign languages despite the fact that you don’t understand a word of them? If you answered yes to one of these questions, the Language Interest Group is the IG of your dreams! The goal of Language Interest Group is to raise the awareness within AEGEE about the value of multilingualism, encoura

ge and help AEGEEans to learn more foreign languages and discus issues related to language policies, minority languages and language diversity. Our main project is the yearly AEGEE European Day of Languages (EDL). Since 2001 AEGEE follows this example of the Council of Europe and language diversity is celebrated in many AEGEE locals all over Europe. So don't doubt to join us, we will be totally pleased to give you all the information you will need! :)
