Day 7 marked the final chapter of our Connect–Inform–Empower journey! 🌍✨

📢 DEOR — Sharing Our Impact – exploring how to disseminate project results, share good practices and bring our learning back to our organisations and local communities.

🪞 Reflection – looking back on the week, recognising personal and professional growth, and identifying key lessons to take into our youth work.

📜 Youthpass – recognising the competences developed throughout the training and making our learning visible.

📝 Final Evaluation – sharing feedback, evaluating the experience and reflecting on what worked well and what we can improve.

Seven days of learning, exchanging experiences, challenging assumptions and developing new approaches to youth work.

The training may be over, but the journey continues — CONNECT, INFORM & EMPOWER. The real impact begins when we take what we have learned back to our communities and put it into practice.

Day 6 was all about putting EMPOWER into practice! 🎤🌍

🧩 Youth Workers as Facilitators – participants stepped into the facilitator role, leading their own non-formal learning activities and putting their skills into practice.

🚀 Creating Spaces That Empower – exploring how facilitation can encourage participation, initiative, collaboration and ownership, creating opportunities for young people to take the lead.

💬 Feedback & Open Discussion – reflecting together on the facilitation sessions, sharing feedback, identifying strengths and discussing what could be improved.

Today was about more than facilitating activities. It was about learning how to step back, trust the group and create the conditions for young people to take ownership of their learning.

Day 5 was all about EMPOWER — exploring how young people can move from participation to real ownership, decision-making and action. 🌍

💡 What Does Empowerment Mean? – exploring the meaning of youth empowerment and introducing the Participation Ladder, looking at different levels of youth involvement and influence.

🚀 Designing Our Youth Initiatives – turning ideas into initiatives that create space for young people to participate, influence decisions and take ownership.

🏠 Youth Spaces That Empower – designing spaces where young people can feel connected, have a voice and take action.

🎤 Preparing for Day 6 – working in teams to design the programme and facilitation activities for the next day, putting our learning into practice and preparing to take the facilitator role.

🎶 Eurovision Night – ending the day with music, fun and a celebration of the diversity within our group.

From participation to ownership, Day 5 focused on creating the conditions for young people to become active, confident and capable of shaping their own ideas and actions.

Day 4 went deeper into INFORM — exploring how we process information, question what we see and create space for meaningful dialogue. 🧠🌍

🔎 Media & Information Literacy – exploring misinformation through The Weight of Lies and Breaking the Bubble, looking at how information can influence our reactions and perceptions.

❓ The Power of a Good Question – discovering how purposeful questions can open conversations, challenge assumptions and encourage deeper thinking.

💬 Facilitating Meaningful Dialogue – exploring the difference between debate and dialogue and practising ways to create respectful conversations around different perspectives.

🌳 Youth Dialogue Cards in the Park – taking meaningful conversations outdoors and using the Youth Dialogue Cards to listen, explore perspectives and learn from each other.

🎤 Eurovision Night – ending the day with music, fun and a celebration of the different cultures and countries in our group.

From checking information to questioning, listening and understanding different perspectives — Day 4 reminded us that being informed is not only about what we know, but also about how we think and communicate.

Day 3 took us beyond the classroom and into the real world of INFORM. 🌍

🔎 Eurodesk & Erasmus+ Opportunities – discovering where young people can find reliable information about learning, mobility and international opportunities.

🏛️ Study Visit to Maison de l’International de Grenoble – exploring a local space that connects people with international opportunities, resources and initiatives.

🗺️ Grenoble Information Treasure Hunt – putting our information skills into practice while discovering the city, checking sources and finding youth-related resources.

🎲 Social Games Evening – ending the day with games, laughter and intercultural connections.

From finding information to checking it, understanding it and using it — INFORM is about knowing where to look and what to do with what we find.
