În acest video, Roxana povestește de ce am dat startul, săptămâna trecută, Cercului Mămicilor, o inițiativă Elisia Europe, organizată împreună cu Huis van het Kind Anderlecht.
Totul a pornit de la o idee simplă: să aducem împreună mame vorbitoare de limba română, într-un loc cald și prietenos, unde să ne cunoaștem, să împărtășim experiențe și să ne simțim puțin mai aproape de casă, aici, în Belgia.
Ce putem face împreună la aceste întâlniri?
• Să ne cunoaștem mai bine prin jocuri și activități interactive.
• Să învățăm să înțelegem mai bine nevoile și semnalele celor mici.
• Să descoperim idei simple de joacă și activități pe care le putem încerca acasă.
• Să povestim, să schimbăm sfaturi și să împărtășim bucuriile și provocările vieții de părinte în Belgia.
Și, bineînțeles, să bem o cafea, să râdem și să ne bucurăm de puțin timp împreună! ☕

In this video, Roxana shares why we started Moms’ Circle last week, an Elisia Europe initiative organized together with Huis van het Kind Anderlecht.
It all started with a simple idea: bringing Romanian-speaking moms together in a warm, welcoming space where we can get to know each other, share experiences, and feel a little more at home here in Belgium.
What can we do together during these meetups?
• Get to know each other better through fun games and interactive activities.
• Learn to better understand our little ones’ needs and signals.
• Discover simple play ideas and activities to try at home.
• Share stories, exchange tips, and talk about the joys and challenges of raising children in Belgium.
And, of course, enjoy a coffee, share some laughs, and spend some quality time together! ☕

Ești mamă, vorbești românește și ai un copil de până în 6 ani?
Ți-e dor, uneori, să stai pur și simplu la o cafea și să vorbești în română? 🇹🇩
Fără vreun motiv anume, fără să trebuiască să rezolvi ceva, doar să ieși puțin din casă, să cunoști alte mame, să povestești, să râzi, să întrebi ce nu știi încă despre viața de aici sau, pur și simplu, să bei o cafea caldă ?
Din octombrie, ne întâlnim de două ori pe lună la Huis van het Kind, într-un spațiu prietenos pentru mame și copii.
Poți veni cu cel mic sau poți veni singură, dacă este la creșă sau la școală. Nu trebuie să cunoști pe nimeni înainte și nici să vii cu vreo poveste pregătită. Vii așa cm ești. 💞

Do you sometimes miss simply sitting down over a coffee and speaking Romanian? 🇷🇴
No particular reason. Nothing you need to solve. Just getting out of the house for a little while, meeting other mums, chatting, laughing, asking questions about life here or simply enjoying a warm cup of coffee ☕.
Starting in October, we’ll meet twice a month at the Huis van het Kind, in a warm and welcoming space for mums and children.
You’re welcome to bring your little one, or you can come on your own if your child is at daycare or school. You don’t need to know anyone beforehand, and you don’t need to come with a story prepared. Just come as you are. 💞

Mis je het soms om gewoon gezellig bij een kop koffie te zitten en Roemeens te praten? 🇷🇴
Zonder een bijzondere reden. Zonder dat je iets moet oplossen. Gewoon even de deur uit, andere mama’s leren kennen, praten, lachen, vragen stellen over het leven hier of gewoon genieten van een warme kop koffie ☕.
Vanaf oktober komen we twee keer per maand samen in het Huis van het Kind, in een fijne en gezellige ruimte voor mama’s en kinderen.
Je mag je kindje meenemen, maar je bent ook welkom om alleen te komen als je kindje naar de crèche of naar school gaat. Je hoeft niemand vooraf te kennen en je hoeft ook geen verhaal klaar te hebben. Je mag gewoon komen zoals je bent. 💞

Atelierul de povesti revine cu un nou prieten si o noua aventura. Faceti cunostinta cu Oli! 🐭📚
Oli este un soricel mic si curios care locuieste printre rafturile Bibliotecii Jette. De cand a inceput sa asculte povestile de acolo, are o mica problema:nu se mai poate opri din colectionat cuvinte.
Unele sunt mici. Altele sunt caraghioase. Unele suna frumos in romana, altele in neerlandeza. Iar pe cele mai bune le pastreaza pentru povesti. ✨
Sambata il intalnim pentru prima data si il ajutam cu noua lui misiune:sa umplem impreuna cosuletul lui Oli cu cat mai multe cuvinte.

Ne revedem cu povesti in romana si neerlandeza, joaca, imaginatie si activitati creative, intr-un loc in care copiii pot rasfoi, intreba, inventa si descoperi — si in care doua limbi pot deveni, foarte natural, parte din aceeasi poveste. 📖

Oli is een kleine, nieuwsgierige muis die tussen de boekenplanken van de bibliotheek in Jette woont. Sinds hij daar naar de verhalen begon te luisteren, heeft hij een klein probleempje: hij kan maar niet stoppen met het verzamelen van woorden.
Sommige zijn kort. Andere zijn grappig. Sommige klinken prachtig in het Roemeens, andere in het Nederlands. En de allerbeste bewaart hij voor zijn verhalen. ✨
Zaterdag ontmoeten we hem voor het eerst en helpen we hem met zijn nieuwe missie: samen Oli's mandje vullen met zo veel mogelijk woorden.

Want het Verhalenatelier is terug — met een nieuwe vriend en een nieuw avontuur. 💛

What really helps us feel at home in a new country?

Tomorrow, Lavinia Micu, part of the Elisia Europe community, joins Radio Belgia LIVE to talk about the psychosocial adaptation of Romanian women living in Belgium.

The conversation builds on Lavinia's bachelor's thesis research in psychology, combining data with women's real-life experiences to better understand the challenges of adapting to a new country.

Cum ne schimbă migrația și cât de ușor ne adaptăm, în realitate, la viața din Belgia?

Marți, 22 septembrie, de la ora 19:00, Lavinia Micu este invitata Radio Belgia, într-o discuție LIVE despre adaptarea psihosocială a femeilor românce stabilite în Belgia.

Lavinia Micu este sociolog de profesie și are 10 ani de experiență în cercetarea de piață. Ulterior, și-a continuat studiile în psihologie, iar în prezent se află în proces de supervizare pentru a deveni psiholog.

Stabilită la rândul ei în Belgia, Lavinia și-a transformat propria experiență de migrație într-un subiect de cercetare și a realizat o lucrare despre adaptarea psihosocială a femeilor românce din Belgia.

Este implicată și în comunitate, ca voluntară în cadrul asociației Elisia Europe, alături de femei migrante care trec prin propriile procese de adaptare și integrare.

Vom vorbi despre plecarea din România, integrarea într-o altă societate, schimbările prin care trece o femeie după migrație, identitate, relații, carieră și provocările mai puțin vizibile ale vieții în diaspora.
