Welcome Home International seeks to find innovative, progressive methods to support those in society who need a humane and warm environment to prosper. Integration involves may aspects and touches many people. We have begun planning and implementing hands on projects to create inviting environments for newcomers and local community members to acquire the tools and information needed to help integration happen naturally.

We’re launching our Training of Trainers programme that will take place 14-19 September. It is designed to equip youth workers with the skills, tools, and confidence to create meaningful learning experiences in outdoor settings.

The programme combines:
Online learning sessions for flexibility and accessibility and in-person training in mountain environments for hands-on experience.

Following Silvia we have another member from the same organisation to present.

This is Carlotta Figini, Senior Project Manager in the Education team at Consorzio Comunità Brianza. She brings a international perspective to her role having lived in both Belgium and Spain. Currently based in Milan, she works across the Monza and Brianza area, where she is actively engaged in designing and implementing projects that foster inclusion and collaborative learning environments.
