Rotary International President Francesco Arezzo in a private audience with His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium.

His Majesty was particularly interested to discuss the continuing efforts of Rotary International in the End Polio Now campaign, which has exhibited the organisation’s reach and tenacity to rid the world of this cruel, debilitating, yet preventable disease of Polio, as well as how Rotary’s work in the field all contribute towards Peace.

The President was accompanied by Rotary International Director and Vice-President Alain Van de Poel (right).

The audience was a testament to the trust and high regard in which the work of Rotary is held.
