🤝Strengthening Transnational Collaboration for Refugee Integration🌍
On January 29, 2025, President of the Umbrella Refugee Committee Ahmad Wali met Senator Katarina Niewiedzial, Berlin’s Commissioner for Participation, Integration, and Migration, during her visit to Brussels. Also around the table were representatives from .europe, , and Berlin's Liaison Office to the EU.
The discussion focused on enhancing refugee integration by fostering collaboration in key areas such as experience sharing, mutual visits, and mapping initiatives to improve support structures for migrants 🏡✨
They also explored European-level cooperation to connect cities, promote best practices✅, and strengthen local integration efforts.
