Speaker announcement 🗣️(6/7)

Stef Feyen is a partner at NautaDutilh, where he specializes in energy law, the energy transition, and public law. He advises public authorities and private-sector clients on complex regulatory challenges, strategic projects, and high-stakes litigation.

With a strong academic foundation, including degrees from KU Leuven and Harvard Law School, and experience in both academia and practice, Stef combines deep theoretical insight with practical, solution-driven thinking to navigate today’s rapidly evolving legal and policy landscape.

In his TEDx talk, Stef challenges the way we rely on the language of rights to solve society’s most complex problems. Drawing from his experience in law and real-world cases, he reveals how framing every issue, from climate to public policy, as a “right” can unintentionally limit our ability to act.

While rights are essential for protecting individuals, he shows how a “rights-first” mindset can turn nuanced challenges into rigid, binary debates, slowing down the very progress we aim to achieve.

His talk is a thought-provoking invitation to rethink the role of rights, not as the solution to everything, but as one tool among many in building a more effective and adaptable future.

Curious how the way we frame problems shapes the solutions we find? ⚖

Speaker Announcement (6/7)🗣️

Francisco Mahfuz is a keynote speaker, storytelling coach, and communication professor at IESE, one of the world’s top MBA programs. His journey began as a nervous 7th grader who discovered his voice through a single story, eventually becoming a National Champion in public speaking.

Today, he is trusted by global organizations such as PepsiCo, HP, and the United Nations to help leaders communicate with clarity, authenticity, and impact. With over a decade of experience, Francisco specializes in transforming the way people share ideas, moving beyond data and into the power of intentional storytelling.

In his TEDx talk, Francisco explores how stories do more than just entertain: they bridge the gap between being “different” and being heard. Drawing from his own journey as the “unpopular kid” who used a story to change his world, he reveals why storytelling is the ultimate tool for
human connection in a fragmented age. Francisco challenges us to move past the “same old” routines and rediscover our own narratives to inspire teams, attract ideal clients, and find a deeper reason to get out of bed in the morning. Get ready to learn how to harness the one superpower we all possess but rarely use to its full potential.

Speaker announcement 🗣️ (5/7)
Michael Margai is a financial strategist and entrepreneur whose work explores how moments of instability can become catalysts for long-term growth. After experiencing key personal turning points in his early twenties, he became deeply interested in how mindset shapes financial outcomes and generational opportunity.

Today, he works with individuals and communities, particularly within the African diaspora, helping them shift from survival mode to intentional wealth building with a focus on long-term thinking and sustainable impact.

In his TEDx talk, Michael challenges the way many of us approach money, success, and stability. In a world shaped by constant uncertainty, from financial crises to global disruption, he reveals how we often default to “survival mode, ”focusing only on the short term while unknowingly limiting our future.

Through personal stories and powerful insights, he introduces a different mindset: one rooted in long-term thinking, intentional decisions, and generational impact. His talk is a compelling reminder that building wealth is not just about money, but about shifting how far ahead we choose to think and who we decide to become in the process.

Curious how thinking long-term can transform your future? 💡

Speaker Announcement (3/7) 🗣

Erim Kaur is the CEO and founder of ByErim, a fast-growing luxury haircare brand, built from a
deeply personal journey. Starting with a recipe passed down from her grandmother, she
transformed a homemade solution into a global business selling over 100,000 units and
generating millions in revenue. Alongside her entrepreneurial success, she has built a powerful
online presence as an influencer, reaching close to half a million people, where she shares her
story with authenticity and impact.

In her TEDx talk, “The Alchemy of Grief”, Erim takes us on an intimate journey through loss,
identity, and transformation. After losing her mother at a young age, she grew up carrying a
label that shaped how the world saw her, and how she saw herself. By embracing rather than
suppressing it, she discovered that grief is not something to overcome, but something that can
be transformed. Through honest storytelling, Erim reveals how the most difficult parts of our
lives can become the foundation for purpose, connection, and growth.

Curious how pain can be turned into purpose? ✨

Drawing on personal experiences, he introduces the idea of “creative destruction”: the notion that before we can rebuild, something within us must first break. His talk invites us to embrace vulnerability, reframe adversity, and recognize that resilience is not about avoiding the fire but rising through it, again and again.
