At the upcoming World Health Organization World Health Assembly, a draft could change the future for millions, including people living with and skin allergies. World Skin Health Coalition

What’s in it ❓
➡️ A Global Action Plan for skin disease prevention, care and policy
➡️ Concrete steps to recognise and tackle skin diseases worldwide

For our patient community, this could mean a fresh policy perspective in Europe from better to more accessible care.

If adopted, the resolution could:
🔹 Raise visibility of skin diseases
🔹 Integrate them into health systems
🔹 Improve access to
🔹 Combat skin and

We encourage all patient organisations to urge their Ministries of Health to vote positively the draft resolution!

Reporting back from the Codex Committee on Food Labelling!

💬 Thank you to EFA President Marcia Podestà and Sabine Schnadt from our German member association Deutscher Allergie- und Asthmabund e.V. for representing food allergy patients in Canada this year and engaging in important discussions on precautionary allergen labeling !

📢 EFA's message was clear: we need solid guidance to empower consumers with to make safe choices 🥞 🥗

Progress was made, but achieving consensus on quantitative risk assessment and reference doses remains essential. Consumers deserve clear and comprehensive allergen information — no more guesswork ❗

🎯 The supports the use of ED05 as a reference dose for risk assessment, aligning with recommendations from the FAO/World Health Organization expert group.
