At our mid-December meeting with all project participants, we shared our reflections on the feedback practices in Mantova through writing, audio, and drawings.
In the closing moments, we created acrostics about feedback, turning a sharing session into a creative opportunity. This is what *feedback* is for some of us...

La Concertation Action Culturelle Bruxelloise ASBL is a network of Brussels-based cultural associations. Together, they share their practices and take joint action to strengthen the cultural rights of all.
Together with its members and partners, La Concertation Action Culturelle Bruxelloise carries out concrete and impactful cultural actions that are rooted in the realities of Brussels. It is a real forum for exchange and socio-cultural and artistic initiatives.

Our 3 missions:
• MUTUALISATION: To share and strengthen members' practices and promote exchanges between them.
• SUPPORT, RESOURCES & SERVICES: Offering tools, expertise and collective representation.
• CULTURAL ACTION: Initiate projects that give Brussels its vibrancy.

La Concertation Action Culturelle Bruxelloise also coordinates the group of cultural operators developing and strengthening the Parcours d'Éducation Culturelle et Artistique (PECA) in Brussels.
Designed to support pupils throughout their school career, this programme gives children and young people access to cultural life while developing their critical faculties and personal expression.

Synergy of Music Theatre (SMouTh) was established in 2001 in Larissa from a prime core of young professionals in Theatre, Music, Dance and Digital Media who committed themselves to offering young people and adults opportunities for initiation, training, education, co-creation and research in the arts that constitute the Musical Theatre.

Since then SMouTh continues steadily with insight and originality to develop and experiment in four main areas (Education, Productions, Festival Organisation and Synergies) and builds a vision of creating new understandings of how we experience and reflect new realities.

Steering principles that determine its strong cultural footprint in the ever-changing environment of local, national and European conditions and challenges are the sensitivity for embracing the needs of accessibility and inclusion and the vigilance with which it constantly seeks to reinvent new means of artistic, cultural, socio-political activism and engagement.

Babel is a Sicilian cultural association founded in 2011, recognized by the Ministry of Culture and supported by the Sicilian Region. Based in Palermo at Spazio Franco, it is a hub for innovative theater, cinema, music, dance, and interdisciplinary performance. Babel thrives on diversity, encouraging artists to explore their expertise while promoting collaboration, creativity, and growth.

A key part to its mission is Progetto Amunì, a permanent research laboratory for contemporary performance art. The project focuses on multicultural inclusivity, especially working with unaccompanied minors, asylum seekers, political refugees, and second-generation Italians. Amunì offers training in music, acting, dramaturgy, dance, and singing, combining performing arts into unique, interdisciplinary productions.

Babel and Amunì are committed to building bridges between disciplines, cultures, fostering dialogue, and empowering marginalized communities through education, creativity, and collaboration, creating a dynamic, inclusive arts scene.

Alrahallah theater - Berlin e.V is a cultural organization in Berlin, Germany, that harnesses the power of theater and the arts to promote creativity, intercultural dialogue, and social inclusion. Through innovative workshops and performances, the organization empowers individuals, particularly underrepresented groups, to express their stories and perspectives. By blending traditional and contemporary theater techniques, it addresses social challenges while fostering community engagement and personal growth.

The organization actively participates in international collaborations, including Erasmus+ initiatives, and works with diverse partners across Europe to develop educational programs and artistic projects. Focused on accessibility and innovation, Alrahallah Theater-Berlin e.V. provides a platform for creativity and connection, helping participants develop essential skills and encouraging cultural understanding. Its mission is to build bridges between communities, inspiring active and inclusive citizenship.

In Mantova, Alrahallah Theater-Berlin e.V conducted a linguistic workshop where participants created small theatrical sketches, incorporating multiple languages to introduce both challenges and humor into their performances. They also facilitated a "Dream" workshop, providing participants with an opportunity to collaboratively build scenes that expressed and shared their personal dreams.

ASINITAS APS is a non-profit organization founded by a multi-disciplinary group of teachers and educators who created a blended methodology for intercultural learning and community building.

Its activities are based on the principles of experiential and cooperative education (don milani, freire, freinet, montessori, etc). Since 2005, Asinitas is active in the field of education and social intervention through arts, narration and theater.

In Mantua, DOM – an artistic collective by Leonardo Delogu and Valerio Sirna who will lead this year’s Asinitas theatre workshop - has proposed a practice centred on unfocused gaze and a collective falling asleep exercise, followed by the narration of a dream.

Teatro Magro was founded in Mantua under the artistic direction of director Flavio Cortellazzi. Attentive to contemporary issues, the team has created and developed a multidisciplinary, popular, social and educational cultural offer.
Each creation of Teatro Magro is the result of a team effort in which members and collaborators combine their artistic skills and educational backgrounds in a synergistic way.

Get to know our project leader🔥

is a multidisciplinary and militant project focused on artistic research and creation. Through poetic action they create original spaces for dialogue and shared authorship with the audience, both on stage and in the urban space and they promote artistic projects characterised by individual and social emancipation goals through art.

Based in Brussels since 2017, they are very active in the local socio-cultural and artistic context, working with many partners and coming across a great variety of audiences. Since 2021 they are involved in European projects around the subject of migration, language learning and community theatre practices.

In Mantua, proposed their Linguistic portraits: we drew our portrait deciding which part of our body speaks each language and we developed it into a physical game...
Our plurilingualism brought us to move and dance together!

Energized by our recent international gathering in Mantua, where 35 theatre practitioners and cultural workers from across Europe converged to share innovative methodologies in working with migrant communities through theatre.
Over four intense days, we exchanged best practices, explored new approaches, and strengthened our international network. This collaborative experience has enriched our understanding of how theatrical arts can foster cultural dialogue.
This milestone is part of our ongoing EX.TRE.M project, where we're developing tools and protocols for excellence in theatre work with migrant communities.

Ex.tre.m is an Erasmus+ project enhancing creativity in migrant youth through theater, fostering growth and cultural expression.
The next meeting is happening right now, you can find us in Mantua (Italy) from October 10th-13th.
We will experiment our theatre language and exchange our practices with three beneficiaries per partner, plus two theatre trainers per organization.
