ACB members attended a May 28, 2026 panel discussion which brought together five extraordinary women leaders from across policy, business, and civil society for an honest, unscripted conversation about the realities of leadership today.
A special guest panelist was Paige Alexander, CEO of The Carter Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The Carter Center is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization founded in 1982 by former US President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn, in partnership with Emory University. The Center's goal is to advance human rights and alleviate human suffering and disease, with projects in action across 80 countries.
Other panelists included Audrey Hanard (Board Director, Chair & Partner, Dahlberg); Dr. Audrey-Flore Ngomsik (CEO & Co-founder, Trianon Scientific Communication); Isabella Lenarduzzi (Founder & Managing Director, JUMP); and Tanya Cox (Director, Concord).
From navigating geopolitical pressure to sustaining impact in resource-constrained environments, they shared the thinking behind their decisions, the weight of their responsibilities, and what it takes to remain effective when the ground keeps shifting.
The evening's moderator was entrepreneur Georgia Brooks, one of Brussels' most recognized and respected voices, as well as the owner of The Nine, the stunning venue hosting this event.
