JA Alumni Europe brings together former JA students from all over Europe, who share enthusiasm and passion for entrepreneurship and leadership.

JA Alumni Europe is the official alumni organization of JA Europe. It is a pan-European non-profit network existing of young entrepreneurial volunteers across 25 active European membership countries counting more than 10,000+ members and has a high potential for future growth. The members are all former participants of Junior Achievement programs, ambitious youth that focus on personal development

and share passion for entrepreneurship and leadership

The network provides the members with the possibility to unfold their potential by giving them leadership skills and the entrepreneurial mentality to do that. By providing this, the network is fostering the future game changers and encourages the members to achieve their goals.

Do you remember the last time climbing a pyramid was part of an alumni conference experience?

Yeah, neither do we. 😄

We're excited to reveal the main venue of JA Alumni Conference 2026 – NAVIGATE: the Pyramid of Tirana. ✨

Originally built in 1988, the Pyramid has become one of Albania's most recognizable landmarks. After a remarkable transformation, it now serves as a vibrant hub for innovation, creativity, learning, and community – making it the perfect place to gather alumni from across Europe.

Most of our sessions will take place here, right in the heart of Tirana. Expect inspiring spaces, plenty of networking opportunities, coworking-friendly areas, and countless cafés and restaurants just a short walk away. ☕🌍

And yes – if you're feeling adventurous, you can even climb to the top and enjoy one of the best views in the city between the sessions.

On April 23, the European Alumni Networking Space brought together students from across Europe to collaborate, think fast, and build bold ideas. 🌍

Led by JA Alumni, the space focused on experimentation, teamwork, and turning ideas into something tangible – all in a fast-paced, creative environment. 💡

Warsaw, what a weekend!

The Alumni Leaders Academy Europe Spring 2026 & the first-ever on-site JA Alumni Assembly brought together alumni leaders from across Europe for three powerful days of learning, collaboration, and decision-making. 🤝

From April 10–12, 47 Alumni leaders from 19 countries gathered in Warsaw, Poland, to exchange ideas, strengthen connections, and be part of alumni history as the very first participants of our Assembly! 🌍

This edition went beyond the Academy, combining leadership development, we held our very first on-site Assembly, where European coordination and strong country‑level leadership came together to turn engagement into lasting value. 💡

From dynamic sessions on strategy, partnerships, and community growth to engaging pitching workshops and country updates – every moment was filled with energy, ideas, and impact. The structure, transparency, and consistency of the sessions enabled European leaders to align on priorities, challenge existing approaches, and co-create the next 5-year chapter of JA Alumni Europe.⚡

And of course, it wasn’t just sessions! From networking moments to shared experiences, the was felt in every conversation. 💫

A huge thank you to our incredible hosts and making this weekend possible, and to our partners , , and SGH for their support. 🙌

We had special guests from across the JA ecosystem during the agenda: Joanna Andrzejewska (Head of Programmes at JA Europe) kicking off the Assembly topics with Alumni tracking data collection deep-dive and (CEO of ), (President of JA Alumni Honoris), .s.khairallah (Global Community Manager at ) acknowledging our long-term strategic plan. Thank you for the perspectives you brought for us to see the bigger picture for our strategy building!
