Are you a second-year (or later) PhD student in management and organisation studies? Join us in Amsterdam for two days of mentoring and community.

You won’t give a standard presentation. You’ll discuss your paper in small mentoring groups led by senior scholars and work through the challenges you’re facing right now.

Action Research Workshop 2027: Methodological and Contractual Issues

How do you design a solid action research protocol? How do you get a company on board and keep it engaged, all the way to a journal publication?

Università degli Studi di Napoli "Parthenope", Università degli Studi di Salerno, Warsaw University of Technology, IEDC-Bled School of Management, Paris School of Business, University of Southampton and EURAM are bringing together researchers who work closely with organisations. The aim is to strengthen the dialogue between academic research and management practice.

📢 2027: the Call for Papers has started!

Join us in Amsterdam 🇳🇱 from 22 to 25 June 2027 at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU).

This year's theme is "Rising Above: Embracing Resilience, Reimagining History, and Rethinking Management for a Sustainable Future." It's an invitation to rethink management for a world of constant uncertainty.

✨ New this year: HRM and OB are now separate SIGs, and we're adding Paper Development Sessions. These are small, discussion-based sessions where authors get structured feedback on their work.

2027: The Call for Topics and Symposia is closed.

Thank you to everyone who submitted — 59 Symposia (a record) and 84 Topics, close to the strong numbers seen in 2026 and 2025.

Notably, our two newly separated SIGs, HRM and OB, each attracted nearly as many topics individually as the combined OB & HRM SIG last year.

Thank you as well to the SIG and Track Chairs, and to all EURAM members who helped disseminate and promote the call — this success is all yours.

The review process now begins, with notification to applicants scheduled for the week commencing September 7.

EURAM 2027, in Amsterdam, June 22 to 25, is off to a strong start.
