What does kindness really mean? And why is it sometimes easier to give it to others than to ourselves? 💛
In this training session as part of Organized Acts of Kindness, we will be exploring the psychology behind kindness and self-compassion. Through reflection, discussion, and different exercises, we will discover how self-compassion and altruism shape the way we relate to ourselves and others.
Our aim is not just about understanding kindness, it’s about practicing it, experiencing it, and challenging ourselves to bring it around ourselves.
