Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS) FENS, the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies, is the voice of European neuroscience.

FENS, the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies, represents 33 national European neuroscience societies and 11 single-discipline societies. FENS was founded in 1998 with the goals of advancing research and education in neuroscience and of representing neuroscience research to the public, other scientific societies and decision and policy-makers across Europe.

🧠 The award shines a spotlight on outstanding brain research while helping amplify the work and voices of scientists based in countries underrepresented in !

🏆 The recipient will receive:
🔹 EUR 3,000 in prize money
🔹 A Special Lecture at
🔹 Waived registration for and EUR 1,300 towards travel and accommodation

Eligible candidates must be PhD- or MD-qualified active scientists working at a research institution in an underrepresented country.
