๐Ÿง  Did you check out this study?

๐ŸŒ ALBAโ€™s Gender & Sexual Diversity Working Group surveyed over 400 LGBTQIA+ individuals who study or work in neuroscience.

๐Ÿ”ฌ The results show that legislation affect decisions within the scientific careers of the majority of participants.

๐ŸŒŸ Positive institutional climate leads to higher satisfaction and better mental health among LGBTQIA+ scientists.
