On 18 August 2015, in Palmyra, the world lost an extraordinary guardian of cultural heritage: Khaled al-Asaad.

For decades, he devoted his life to the study and protection of Palmyra, standing with dignity and courage against destruction, even at the cost of his life.

His legacy is one of fortitude, knowledge, and love for culture.

His example continues to inspire all who work to defend memory and heritage, reminding us that protecting culture is also protecting humanity itself.

🕊️ Today, we remember him with deep respect and gratitude.

We are proud to announce that H.OPES Foundation and Cpd Consulta have officially signed a partnership agreement!

This cooperation marks a new step forward in promoting shared values and concrete actions for social inclusion, accessibility, and support to people in vulnerable situations.

📚 The agreement provides for joint efforts in training and European project writing in the fields of welfare, disability, and accessible tourism.

🔗 But more importantly, it establishes a strategic alliance: CPD will contribute to integrating their vision and priorities into all H.OPES initiatives, ensuring greater impact and inclusiveness.
