What an inspiring week in Wierzchosławice, Poland!

💼 Together with young people from across Europe, we explored employability, personal development and future career opportunities through non-formal learning, interactive workshops, simulations and intercultural exchange. Participants strengthened their communication, teamwork, problem-solving and self-presentation skills while preparing for today's changing labour market.

🌍 Throughout the exchange, we shared best practices from our countries, developed practical tools for our future careers and reflected on how we can create a positive impact in our local communities after the project.

🤝 A huge thank you to Fundacja Ornament, all partner organisations and every participant for making this Erasmus+ experience unforgettable. Here's to new skills, new friendships and new opportunities! 💙

𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐄, 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐅𝐔𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 – 𝐄𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐮𝐬+ 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 🇫🇷

What an unforgettable week in Verdun and Metz, France! 🇫🇷

🤝 Together with young people from around Europewe explored the importance of peace, European citizenship, reconciliation and democracy through non-formal learning, interactive workshops, historical visits and intercultural exchange.

💡 Throughout the exchange, participants visited symbolic places such as the Battlefields of Verdun, the Mémorial de Verdun, the Citadelle Souterraine, the Maison de Robert Schuman and Fort de Queuleu. These experiences connected Europe's history with today's challenges, encouraging participants to reflect on human rights, solidarity and the responsibility of young people in shaping Europe's future.

🌍 Beyond learning about Europe's past, participants developed practical skills through discussions, creative workshops, audiovisual activities and teamwork, while building meaningful international friendships and strengthening intercultural understanding.

🇵🇱✨ IMPACT MAKERS – Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Poland

What an inspiring week in Wojnicz, Poland! 🇵🇱

Together with our Belgian participants from 🇪🇸 Spain, 🇷🇴 Romania, 🇫🇷 France, 🇭🇺 Hungary and 🇨🇿 Czechia, we explored youth participation, active citizenship, democracy and leadership through non-formal learning, workshops, simulations and intercultural activities.

Throughout the exchange, participants worked with practical tools such as the Participation Ladder, the Problem Tree, and the European Key Competences, learning how to strengthen youth engagement and create positive change in their local communities.

Beyond gaining new skills, the project created lasting international friendships, encouraged intercultural dialogue and inspired young people to become active changemakers in society. 🌍🤝

From July 30 to August 7, 2026, you can join us in Poland for the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Career Boosters.

Are you between 18 and 25 years old and do you sometimes have doubts about your future, studies, or work? Do you want to meet new people, gain more self-confidence, and discover what you are good at? Then this project might be just right for you.

Together with young people from other countries, you will participate in workshops, team activities, discussions, and fun intercultural evenings. You will work on skills that are useful for school, work, and your future, but in an active and sociable way.

We will also visit Auschwitz. That will be an impressive moment where we reflect together on history, remembrance, and what this still means today. 📍 Wierzchosławice, Poland
