L'innovazione non può essere una scusa per aggirare i diritti dei lavoratori. Chi lavora attraverso le piattaforme deve poter contare su trasparenza, tutele, libertà sindacale e contrattazione collettiva.

Perché il capo non è un algoritmo: sono le aziende che progettano e utilizzano quegli algoritmi, e devono essere chiamate a risponderne.

Un approfondimento importante sul futuro del lavoro e sulla necessità di mettere le persone, non la tecnologia, al centro.

The ITUC strongly condemns the attempted arrest of Kilusang Mayo Uno Chairperson Jerome Adonis and the criminalisation of trade unionists and activists in the Philippines.

Trade union rights, freedom of association and the right to peaceful protest must be respected—not met with intimidation, arrest or prosecution.

We call on the Philippine authorities to immediately drop all charges against Jerome Adonis, Jacq Ruiz and the other labour leaders and activists, and to end the harassment and criminalisation of trade unionists.

ITUC-Asia Pacific expresses serious concern over the issuance of an arrest warrant against Kilusang Mayo Uno (KMU/May First Movement) Chairperson Jerome Adonis in connection with the 2026 Labour Day protest.
