🚀 The EU rightly recognises that labour-market exclusion is a major driver of poverty. However, anti-poverty policies must go beyond generic activation measures.

🧩 People furthest from the labour market often face overlapping barriers. respond to this complexity through integrated pathways combining productive activities, training, skills development, income, social inclusion and tailored support.

🤝 ENSIE calls on the European Commission and Member States to ensure that the fully supports active labour-market measures delivered also through WISEs, recognising them as practical tools for implementing active inclusion.
