Sorghum ID est une organisation européenne et interprofessionnelle du Sorgho. Le sorgho. L’avenir peut miser en toute confiance sur le sorgho.

Promouvoir le sorgho et sa génétique hybride, pour différents usages (l’alimentation humaine et animale), ou autres débouchés industriels est notre mission. Une céréale rustique, très résistante aux prédateurs de tous poils, sobre comme un chameau, peu gourmande en intrants et généreuse, très généreuse même. Récolté en grain ou plante entière, le sorgho présente des débouchés très diversifiés.
