Dusangneuf Osangsett Dusangneuf Osangsett is a non-profit artist residency initiated and curated by Nicholas Lewis for The Word Magazine.

A non-profit whose central premise is to support, produce and exhibit emerging Belgian artists by providing them with curatorial advice, media exposure, financial assistance, exhibition space and lodging in what used to be an old Brussels farmhouse. Centered around a year-long program of home invasions that encourage the selected artists to take this unique four-story townhouse over and make it th

eir own, the non-profit will take risks on artists it believes in by guiding them at a pivotal stage in their careers whilst at the same time developing an archive and collection of contemporary Belgian talent. This is not a residency program per se but rather an artistic incursion, a break-in whose main premise is to give up-and-coming Belgian artists a space within which to meet and do their thing free of any commercial constraints.
