What does responsible leadership mean when Europe’s future is being shaped in real time?

This question stood at the heart of the presentation of the Ukrainian edition of Confronting the 10 Traps of Power by Katrien Van den broeck, held in Kyiv. The event brought together women leaders from Ukraine and Europe for a dialogue on leadership, public trust, democratic resilience, and Ukraine’s European future.

The discussion featured Marta Kos, European Commissioner for Enlargement, alongside Oleksandra Matviychuk, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate 2022, Olena Kondratyuk, Vice-Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Lyudmyla Suhak, Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Anka Feldhusen, Business Ombudsman of Ukraine and former German Ambassador to Ukraine, and other leading voices from politics, civil society, media, business, and defence.

It was great to see our publication continuing its journey in Ukraine and contribute to a wider European conversation on women in power .
