How can Europe make cross-border philanthropy easier?

In response to the European Commission's proposed 28th Regime, known as "EU Inc.", Philea calls for foundations and public-benefit organisations to be included in this new harmonised framework designed to facilitate cross-border operations across the EU.


As a network facilitating cross-border donations, Giving Europe believes that enabling philanthropy to operate more effectively across borders is key to a stronger and more connected European civil society.

Last week, our Bulgarian partner BCause Foundation celebrated its 30th anniversary with an international conference under the theme “The Art of Sustaining Generosity”.
