Obligations
- We, the bearer of this logo and its motto, declare that we will never use any form of violence, verbal and non-verbal, towards other
citizens, the law enforcement bodies (police force, army, etc.) and the authorities while marching, demonstrating, picketing, or sitting.
- We declare that we will never use any sort of projectile towards other citizens, dwellings, commercial or official buildings.
- We declare that we will never use any kind of verbal or graphic violence while posting on the web including on social media.
- We declare that we want to find arrangements, compromise, solutions for our demands, problems or conflict in a peaceful and open-minded way.
- We declare that we are open for mediation. We declare that, if any body, organisation or group uses violence while marching, demonstrating, picketing, or sitting, we will immediately do our best to separate ourselves from them.
- We declare that, for the respect of other citizens and to maintain peace, we will obey the injunctions of the authorities to leave the ground we are occupying if the injunctions are reasonable.
- We declare that we will never force anyone to join our demonstration or claim if it is not their desire.
- We declare that we know that others can have different opinions and views and we will respect their rights to protest, demonstrate, picket or sit without provocation, assault or any verbal or physical aggression.
- We declare that, by respect for the other citizens peace, we will not prevent them to lead a normal life (i.e. noise at night, prolonged sitting in front of business or administrative buildings that provide elementary services to the population, traffic obstruction longer than a reasonable time).
- This manifesto does not alienate us the right to demonstrate, picket, sit, or march under the same conditions and/or to repeat our action any time it is necessary within the limit of the human rights.

We demand
- that the authorities recognize the symbol as a protection against any violent respond from their police forces or armies as they would do if we were wearing a red cross or a red croissant.
- that the authorities understood that a non-violent protest is not a weakness and that it does not mean that are claims are less important.
- that the authorities understood that a non-violent protest is a sign that we are open to dialogue in a peaceful setting.
- that the law enforcement bodies make a difference between violent agitators and us, bearer of this symbol, if a person or group, outside us, uses violence during our action.

- does not represent a political party
- does not refer to a governmental or non-governmental association
- does not represent a country or other kind of territory
- is impartial of race, gender or age
- can be worn by any member of any party, any religion, any race, any gender and any age without any other obligation than to abide by this manifesto.
- can be worn on any part of the body visible to others and/or as a banner or flag, in which case the people around that banner or flag abide by this manifesto for their rights and obligations.

- will denounce any abuse of this symbol and make public announcement of anybody not abiding by this manifesto while bearing the symbol
- will promote non-violence for any form of demonstration, not only verbally but also in their behaviour and actions.

- will do its best to promote non-violent actions
- will denounce any abuse or violence that it comes to have knowledge about
- will bear witness and show effective use of non-violent action
