Dear all,
Last Friday, the corona rules for cultural activities became stricter. However, the Royal Decree that was published on Saturday causes confusion.
Events with an audience can take place indoors as well as outdoors (with mouth mask and CovidSafeTicket from 50 persons inside/100 outside).
Other activities are partly considered as private meetings, which means that they are no longer allowed inside (rehearsals, parties, meetings, etc.). Training sessions and other workshops would, however, be allowed to continue.
Negotiations with the cabinet and other authorities have taken place over the past few days, but the uncertainties remain. Meanwhile, Minister Jambon is also calling for further restrictions for cultural activities.
What do we recommend?
• Where possible, organise activities outside or online
Do you want to organise indoor activities?
• Organise only seated activities
• Respect the distance rules
• Wear mouth masks
• Ventilate the room
• Respect the hygiene rules
• Think about vulnerable people
The current rules apply until at least 19/12/21.
Please check if there are stricter rules in force in the municipality where your activity will take place.
