In a world of constant information, how do we know what to trust?

Every day, we are exposed to countless sources, opinions and digital content. Yet, distinguishing reliable information from misleading narratives has become an increasingly important challenge for individuals and society as a whole.

On 29 October 2026, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Belgium, in collaboration with European Digital Learning Network ETS - Dlearn , invites you to join the BUILD2026 online webinar:
“Media Literacy and Disinformation – Strengthening Critical Thinking, Source Verification, and Awareness of Misinformation”
Bringing together perspectives from the European Commission and the media sector, the webinar will explore how to strengthen critical thinking, identify reliable sources and better understand the impact of misinformation and disinformation on our digital society.

💡 The programme will also feature an interactive open discussion from 14:00 to 16:00, offering participants the opportunity to exchange experiences, share good practices and reflect on ways to promote media literacy and democratic resilience.

💡 What keeps young people learning?

On 14 October, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Belgium was pleased to host the breakfast event “What Keeps Young People Learning? A Youth Learning Lab on Engagement, Skills and Opportunities”, alongside the final conference of the Co.De.- Co-Design Learning for the School of the Future project, organised by our member European Digital Learning Network ETS - Dlearn.

The event featured valuable contributions from:
🔹 Fatin Boualite, Project Manager, who explored learning and professional opportunities for young people in Brussels and across Europe.
🔹 Raquel Fernández, Pedagogical Director of Fundació Tr@ms and Coordinator of the CoDe project, who, together with the project partners, highlighted the importance of inclusive education in fostering student engagement and preventing early school leaving.
🔹 Sebastian Berchesan, Executive Secretary of Stand Up for Europe, who shared initiatives promoting youth participation, active citizenship and peer learning.

👏 A big thank you to all speakers and participants for this inspiring exchange!

🇮🇹 Territori più attrattivi, competitivi e resilienti per il futuro dell’Europa.

Alla presenza di Marco Marsilio, Presidente della Regione Abruzzo, e di Fabio Morvilli - Public Profile, Presidente della Camera di Commercio Italiana in Belgio e Vicepresidente di Assocamerestero, il 13 ottobre abbiamo ospitato a Bruxelles l’evento “Abruzzo and Europe’s Inner Areas – New Strategies for Territorial Attractiveness and Resilience”.

L’incontro ha riunito rappresentanti istituzionali e stakeholder per approfondire il ruolo delle politiche di coesione europee, degli investimenti strategici e delle partnership pubblico-private nella creazione di nuove opportunità per le aree interne.

🇮🇹🇪🇺 Due giornate di incontri istituzionali e dialogo strategico a Bruxelles!

Il 6 e 7 ottobre, la Camera di Commercio Italiana in Belgio ha accolto e accompagnato una delegazione della Camera di Commercio Chieti Pescara , composta dal Presidente Gennaro Strever, dal Segretario Generale Pasquale Monea e da Tosca Chersich e Paolo Di Lullo, rispettivamente Dirigente e Funzionario dell’Area Promozione e Sviluppo del Territorio della Camera di Commercio Chieti Pescara.

Al centro degli incontri, energia, competitività e sviluppo imprenditoriale: temi di particolare rilevanza per il tessuto produttivo italiano, soprattutto per le PMI, chiamate ad affrontare le sfide legate ai costi energetici, alla transizione industriale e alla competitività sui mercati internazionali.

In quest'ottica, la delegazione ha avuto l'opportunità di confrontarsi con istituzioni e stakeholder europei, tra cui:

HIER design practice is proud to join the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme as a Host Entrepreneur.

Based on a hands-on and research-driven approach, HIER welcomes emerging creatives from across Europe to experience the daily reality of a multidisciplinary design studio.
