Today the EYCE General Meeting has gone through financial reports, Member organisations reports, some voting and a lot of Committee Work. Here's delegates from the Communications Committee sharing their insights on the GM so far!❤️

Hi everyone! My name is Aida, and I am the National Corespondent for the Youth Organisation of the Evangelical Church A.B. in Romania.
I’m joining the GM from Brașov, a beautiful city nestled in the Southern Carpathian Mountains of Romania. So far, we’ve gathered some really useful insights on how to improve EYCE’s communication across different platforms and create content that delivers greater value to young people and our wider community. May we continue to grow together in faith, hope, and love!

I'm Elisa, delegate for the FGEI (Evangelical Youth Federation in Italy), I'm joining the GM from my home in Bologna, Italy (currently writing from my bed XD). I found this GM very useful, the conversation we had were very interesting and worth reporting.
Of course I convey the greetings from the XXIV Council and all the members of the FGEI! In this very tiring and difficult times is important to nurture community and joy. So I hope that all young people who works towards building hope and peace don't forget that "those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint" (Isaiah 40:31)

Hello, I am Danil Arakelian from the Department for External Church Relations of the Russian Orthodox Church. I am joining the GM from my office here in Moscow, center of Russia. I would say, that I highly appreciate the professionalism of the EYCE staff in preparation of this event. I think, the program is well-prepared and structured. I hope today and tomorrow we will be ale to discuss the issues, important for the young Christians here in Europe, and it will have a good impact on our Churches.

📢❗️EYCE General Meeting 2026

We are pleased to announce that the Ecumenical Youth Council in Europe (EYCE) General Meeting 2026 will take place online from 8 to 10 October 2026💻, alongside the EYCE Executive Committee (ExCo) meeting, which will take place in person in Budapest, Hungary🇭🇺.

The General Meeting is the highest decision-making body of EYCE, bringing together delegates from our Member Organisations 🤝 to reflect, discuss, and make decisions about the future priorities of our organisation💬.

During these three days, delegates will discuss important matters concerning EYCE and take a closer look at the organisation’s financial situation 📊.

We look forward to gathering with our Member Organisations for these important days of conversation, discernment, and decision-making 🙏🕊️

Youth Advocacy sounds exhausting? Not if you have the right crowd with you to make the advocacy itself entertaining as well as all the side quests next to it! ✨

For a week we turned the into a place for ‚Creating Change‘ and explored Dortmund, its bars, stadium and all it has to offer 🖤💛

Hope you are having a wonderful summer☀️

We definitely have enjoied ours! The first international activity kicked off our summer in the most perfect way in Malaga🇪🇸 in June, and the next one in Dortmund🇩🇪 is just around the corner🤩

This weekend our ExCo returned from their summer holidays and had a lovely meeting in Lund, Sweden. We got together to plan our upcoming General Meeting, which you will hear more about very soon🫰🏻 Ha det bra!🇸🇪
