EYCE is a strong network of young Christians from all over Europe who seek unity between Christians and are engaged in the work for justice, peace & the integrity of creation. The Ecumenical Youth Council in Europe is a Christian platform of youth organisations for young people to meet and share; to pray and celebrate; to learn, lead and act.

Four days of pure action, European action! 💙💛

Our delegates Antti and Robert spent the beginning of May listening to, discussing and above all using their vote
to represent EYCE at the General Assembly in Tromsø, Norway. ❄🗳

We approved motions for relevant policy topics such as
Sustainable Logistics, Youth and Pension Systems, AI in education and youth participation in local and regional youth councils. The last one is especially important for EYCE's work this year! 🗨

Maintaining and strengthening our partnerships was our top priority for this conference. We were happy to coordinate the work of the Value Based Cooperation both
during the preparation for the elections and the General Assemble itself. 💪☀

Do you remember Maja? She ist part of our International Planning Team for our event in September „Creating change“ - to advocate for more youth participation.
While she was in Strasbourg to also learn about Human Rights Education, she took the chance to visit the European Parliament. Learning through encounters, experiences and fun activities, basically all the things that are also so important for all our work!

By the way! The European Youth Week just started today and is dedicated to Solidarity and Fairness.
