Together with you and a dedicated team of USHU members with roots in EU Delegations, we have achieved the majority of our USHU TARGETS since 2021. USHU has been instrumental in improving working conditions for all staff categories.⁣
⁣
USHU has served to amplify the voices of thousands of underrepresented staff in EU DEL – out of sight, out of mind and often neglected and far from the decision makers in Brussels. USHU has strengthened advocacy on EU DEL issues, obtained greater staff engagement through growing USHU membership and increased policy dialogue with EEAS and Commission Managers. ⁣

USHU PETITION TO URGENTLY INTRODUCE A SENIOR PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMME FOR CONTRACT AGENTS.

Dear colleagues,

we invite you so sign our petition to urgently introduce a Senior Professional Programme for Contract Agents.

Please do share the link to the site widely and spread the word. We will submit the petition to management in January. Depending on the response we might attempt a joint action by the Front Commune to run it by Parliament as well.
