Basel-based will present their film 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 (2024): a blend of sounds, voices, and polyrhythmic music and visuals, exploring everyday life from an Afro-diasporic perspective. The film is centered around conversations about navigating ever changing environments that feel increasingly tense, but also about communing and how to be genuinely and authentically present with each other.

𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘉𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 (2024) was commissioned by in the framework of the 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙒𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙚 𝙐𝙨 exhibition (before it travelled to Brussels). The director , one ninth of 𝐎𝐊𝐑𝐀, will be introducing the film in Bozar cinéma room, the 23.

DJ 𝐊𝐀-𝐑𝐀𝐁𝐀, the second member of the OKRA we’ve invited at Bozar to close off the night with a DJ-set. Her artistic strength lies in her talent to connect artists and curate wholesome and profound clubbing experiences for Diasporic people. ’s sets are best described as sorcery on the decks, a flamboyant journey through percussive and electronic sounds.
