இன்று குழப்பமடைந்திருக்கும் உலக அரசியல் ஒழுங்கு இலங்கைத்தீவு போன்ற மூன்றாம் உலக நாடுகளுக்கு எத்தகையை சாதக பாதகத் தன்மைகளை உருவாக்குகின்றன என்பது பற்றிய ஓர் அவதானிப்பும், அரசியல் விடுதலை வேண்டி நிற்கும் ஈழத்தமிழர்கள் எவ்வாறான அணுகு முறைகளைக் கையாள வேண்டும் என்பது பற்றிய உரையாடல்.

தேசிய இனங்களின் அரசியல் உரிமைப் பாதுகாப்புக்குரிய சர்வதேச சட்ட நுணுக்கங்களை கண்டறிய வேண்டிய அவசியத்தை ஈழத்தமிழர்கள் உணர்ந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பதற்கான தயார்ப்படுத்தல் இது.

குறிப்பாக இஸ்ரேல் - பலஸ்த்தீனம் பற்றிச் சர்வதேச நீதிமன்றத்தில் தற்போது நடைபெற்றுக் கொண்டிருக்கும் இரண்டு வழக்கு விசாரணைகளும் ஈழத்தமிழர்களுக்குக் கற்றுத் தரும் பாடம் தொடர்பாக முள்ளிவாய்க்கால் இனப்படுகொலை மாதத்தில் தெரிந்து கொள்வதற்கான ஏற்பாடாக ஏற்று இவ் நிகழ்நிலைக் கலந்துரையாடலில் பங்குபற்றுமாறு அனைவரையும் யாழ்ப்பாணப் பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர் ஒன்றியம் அழைத்து நிற்கின்றது.
