How to help TCNs in their entrepreneurial journey? Here some good practices from the activities we carried out within the PLOUTOS Project:

• 💪Using group formats as vehicle to connect and collaborate with others.
• 🤝Finding other entrepreneurs to collaborate with during networking and coaching activities.
• 💡Coaching and mentoring can have a more sustainable impact on learning than typical training formats as they focus on the practical aspects and the topics relevant to the person learning.
• 📈TCNs consider social integration as a precursor and catalyst for economic integration.
• 🚨It is important to learn in depth the real challenges of the TCNs, which sometimes are not phrased as such.

In the context of PLOUTOS Project, an Impact Assessment has been conducted with the goal of continuing to support TCNs' entrepreneurial journeys, and defining the best practices to adopt. Some key findings:

• 📖Projects and methodologies need to be adapted to the learning, economic, socio-cultural, and temporal context. 𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗖𝗡'𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀.

• 📑As we also shared during the project's final event, to make sure that the projects' engagement stays high, 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗖𝗡'𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮.

• 💡Methodologies and content must take into consideration learning through reflecting on primary and secondary experience, 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮.

• 🤝The vast majority of participants expressed 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, a theme common to partners as well.

• ➡️Economic integration is not a stand-alone factor. It is important that programs combine topics that 𝗳𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

• 💪"𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲" 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲: minimize financial risks, focus on financial health and resilience, strong interest learning and building social capital.

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the PLOUTOS "𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲" 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗲! Over the past four months (June–September 2024), five talented Third Country Nationals (TCNs) took part in an intensive, hands-on journey to enhance their entrepreneurial skills.

Through weekly sessions, a unique learning-by-doing approach, and expert guidance, participants used our 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗣𝗕𝗩𝗘) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗢𝗦 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 (𝗠𝗣) 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀. From taking on key leadership roles such as CEO, Financial Manager, Marketing Manager, and Logistics Manager, to running a simulated business called 'Gonia tou Kosmou', our participants gained valuable experience in starting and running a business.

skills but also the confidence and social integration of our participants.
