🇧🇪 YOUFIN : une dernière journée pleine de sourires et de partage !

Pour ce troisième et dernier jour, nous avons retrouvé l’esprit du groupe avec deux jeux : « Retrouve ton prénom » et « Map of the World ». Des moments de convivialité pour clôturer ensemble cette belle expérience ! 🌍😊

Nous avons également recueilli les retours des participants sur la formation et le projet, avant de terminer par la remise des certificats. 🎓✨

La grève a malheureusement empêché certains participants de rejoindre le lieu de formation vendredi. Nous avons bien pensé à eux : chacun et chacune a contribué à rendre ces journées enrichissantes. 🤍

Merci à nos partenaires Arrabal 🇪🇸 et APIDI 🇵🇹, à l’équipe Zone Femmes 🇧🇪 et à tous les participants pour leur énergie, leurs idées et les beaux échanges autour de l’éducation financière des jeunes migrants et réfugiés.

Nous repartons avec de nouvelles connaissances, de belles rencontres et l’envie de poursuivre ce travail ensemble ! 🤝💶

🇧🇪 YOUFIN: A final day full of smiles and shared moments!

For our third and final day, we brought everyone together through two games: “Find Your Name” and “Map of the World”. A fun way to reconnect and round off our time together! 🌍😊

We also gathered participants’ feedback on the training and the project, before closing with the presentation of certificates. 🎓✨

Unfortunately, the strike prevented some participants from reaching the training venue on Friday. They were very much in our thoughts—everyone helped make these days a meaningful experience. 🤍

Thank you to our partners Arrabal 🇪🇸 and APIDI 🇵🇹, the Zone Femmes team 🇧🇪 and all participants for their energy, ideas and thoughtful exchanges on financial education for young migrants and refugees.

We leave with new knowledge, new connections and plenty of motivation to keep working together! 🤝💶

🇧🇪 YOUFIN chez Zone Femmes : apprendre, échanger et découvrir Schaerbeek !

Pour cette deuxième journée, avec nos partenaires Arrabal 🇪🇸 et APIDI 🇵🇹, nous avons exploré les contrats et les droits des consommateurs, puis la finance numérique et la sécurité en ligne, dans le cadre des modules 3 et 4. 💶📱

Ces activités se déroulent à Schaerbeek, une commune riche de sa diversité culturelle, de ses initiatives locales et de ses lieux de rencontre. Une belle occasion de la faire découvrir à nos partenaires ! 🌍✨

Malgré un temps un peu frais, la journée a été pleine de bonne humeur et de belles rencontres ! Nous avons savouré de la brioche de la boulangerie Le Pain Levé pendant la pause et partagé un repas au Great Market. Nos trois équipes ont aussi pris la pose pour quelques photos de groupe ! 🥐🍽️📸🤝

🇧🇪 YOUFIN at Zone Femmes: Learning, connecting and discovering Schaerbeek!

On our second day, together with our partners Arrabal 🇪🇸 and APIDI 🇵🇹, we explored Contracts & Consumer Rights and Digital Finance & Online Safety through Modules 3 and 4. 💶📱

These activities are taking place in Schaerbeek, a neighbourhood rich in cultural diversity, local initiatives and welcoming places to connect. A lovely opportunity to introduce our partners to the area! 🌍✨

Despite the slightly chilly weather, the day was full of smiles and great conversations! We enjoyed brioche from Le Pain Levé bakery during our break and shared a meal at Great Market. All three teams also came together for some group photos! 🥐🍽️📸🤝

🇧🇪 YOUFIN: renforcer l’autonomie financière des jeunes !

Nous avons le plaisir d’accueillir à Bruxelles la formation YOUFIN destinée aux professionnels du secteur jeunesse, avec nos partenaires Arrabal 🇪🇸 et APIDI 🇵🇹, aux côtés de l’équipe de Zone Femmes 🇧🇪.

Une première journée riche en rencontres, en activités de groupe et en exercices pratiques autour de la gestion du budget et des services bancaires, notamment les procédures d’identification des clients (KYC). 💶🤝

Ensemble, nous partageons des outils pour accompagner les jeunes migrants et réfugiés dans la gestion de leur argent et les aider à gagner en confiance. Et pour prolonger les échanges, rien de tel qu’un repas partagé ! 🍽️✨

We’re happy to host the YOUFIN training for youth workers in Brussels, with our partners Arrabal 🇪🇸 and APIDI 🇵🇹, alongside the Zone Femmes team 🇧🇪.

Our first day was full of new connections, team activities and hands-on learning about Smart Budgeting and Banking & KYC. 💶🤝

Together, we’re sharing tools to help young migrants and refugees build confidence in managing their money. And what better way to keep the conversations going than over a shared lunch! 🍽️✨

🇧🇪 Começou hoje, em Bruxelas, a formação de técnicos de juventude do projeto YOUFIN!

Hoje assinala o primeiro dia da formação do projeto YOUFIN – Financial Empowerment for Youth Migrants & Refugees, que reúne profissionais das organizações parceiras para uma experiência internacional de aprendizagem e partilha.

Ao longo da formação, os participantes irão explorar abordagens práticas, ferramentas e métodos de educação não formal para reforçar a literacia financeira e a inclusão financeira de jovens migrantes e refugiados. 💶🌍

O programa será também um espaço para trocar experiências, testar atividades e refletir sobre a forma como os técnicos de juventude podem apoiar melhor os jovens no desenvolvimento dos conhecimentos e da confiança necessários para tomar decisões financeiras informadas e lidar com os desafios financeiros do dia a dia.

Um excelente início para vários dias de aprendizagem, cooperação e partilha! 🤝✨

🇧🇪 YOUFIN Training of Youth Workers has started in Brussels!

Today marks the first day of the YOUFIN – Financial Empowerment for Youth Migrants & Refugees training for youth workers, bringing together professionals from the project partner organisations for an international learning experience in Brussels.

Throughout the training, participants will explore practical approaches, tools and non-formal education methods to strengthen the financial literacy and financial inclusion of young migrants and refugees. 💶🌍

The programme will also offer space to exchange experiences, test activities and discuss how youth workers can better support young people in developing the knowledge and confidence needed to make informed financial decisions and navigate everyday financial challenges.

A great start to several days of learning, cooperation and exchange! 🤝✨

From Braga to Brussels, the Cooking Up Futures journey continues! 🇧🇪💛

Today, Zone Femmes was happy to welcome the project partners to Brussels for our second transnational meeting.

It was a great day filled with teamwork, new ideas and important discussions about the training programme, the upcoming modules and the next steps to help refugee women turn their cooking skills into business opportunities. 🌿✨
