THINK PINK RIDE - DAY 4
Our last day was marked by sunshine, blue sky, very happy pink bikers who cheered each other on and so much laughter. We socialised with the local alderman for sports and the Karmeliet bikers in the obviously legendary café De Roos in Sint-Laureins (the owner, of a rather respectable age, did not know what was happening when pink ladies just kept on stopping for coffee), hugged with rabbit Koos at our lunch stop in Breskens (NL) and pedaled steadily along beautiful roads. It was quite emotional to catch the first glimpse of the sea in full July splendour after having cycled all the way from cold and misty Baraque Michel.
We feel very grateful. To Think Pink België and its super friendly staff and volunteers for the organisation of this wonderful trip, to our fellow riders who all reached Bruges and of course to all of our sponsors. We noticed along the way that very many people know Think Pink and what it does 💞 Thank you for your support 🙏 It really matters. Our ride clocks off with 428 km and 19 hours on the saddle, but fundraising will continue for another month. 🙏💞🎀
