Vegan fine dining *** Our greatest discovery of the year has been - sadly not in Brussels but perfect for a day or weekend visit to Zeeland (Holland)! Amazing, rich flavours in which the vegetable is core & centre and always elevated to the next level! The corn soup brought me straight to Mexico at the first spoonful. And the desserts were mind blowing. Thank you, for the tip! We hope to go back soon.

Bravo to all vendors, volunteers, staff, dj’s & activists for all the hard work. And yum yum, we were blessed with so much good food!
