We believe that we currently have an effective and professional organization, but we feel it is essential to keep improving herein. Our organization consists of volunteers, and having an effective

organization is essential to keep the high motivation of our members and board. We are currently recruiting from a total of five institutes of higher education in Belgium in order to select the most talented and motivated project students. Humasol wants to work on sustainable impact with our partners. Thus, long-term collaborations with them are crucial to obtain goal and we will continue to work with our current partners. Past experiences have shown that follow-up projects are needed to ensure sustainability of our installed machines. In addition, Humasol will continue to explore opportunities with new partners as this will allow us to further expand. Humasol currently receives material and financial support from a variety of companies. In the future, Humasol wants to strengthen this relationship, to engage these companies even more in the projects it is carrying out. Furthermore, Humasol wants to further diversify its portfolio of funding. A balanced distribution of funds from public institutions, the general public and companies is necessary to ensure the financial health of our organization and to provide the means for further expansion. In the future, we hope to continue to grow. We are streamlining our internal organization to ensure a high degree of professionalism. We want to become involved in more projects while trying to guarantee the successful completion of all projects.
