On Sunday, 26 July 2026, Nongar (SUST) had the opportunity to pay a courtesy visit to the Honorable Vice-Chancellor sir of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Professor Dr. Khairul Islam Rubel.

The meeting was inspiring and insightful. Sir shared his vision for the future of SUST, emphasizing academic excellence, campus development and the importance of student engagement.

One of the highlights of the meeting was Sir's fond recollection of Nongar's old practice PAD in front of the university cafeteria. He shared that while working late nights in his office at Academic Building-E, he often enjoyed listening to our rehearsals, especially songs by James, which brought a lively atmosphere to the campus.

We also raised some concerns during the meeting. Sir listened carefully and responded immediately, assuring us that the matter would be addressed.

We sincerely thank Sir for his valuable time, warm encouragement and support for Nongar (SUST). We look forward to contributing to a stronger and more vibrant SUST under his leadership.

Not every sacrifice is loud, and not every prayer is spoken, some are carried quietly in the heart. Beyond the festivities, Eid-ul-Adha is a beautiful reminder of what it means to give back, support our peers, and stand together. Nongar (SUST) is proud to share this journey of community and care with all of you.⚓
Sending love and warm wishes from the entire Nongar family to you and your loved ones. Eid Mubarak!🌙
