The Leading University Social Services Club is going to organize a general meeting of the Steering Committee (2025–2026) on 19th August, 2026 (Wednesday).

Important discussions regarding the club’s activities, upcoming events, and future initiatives will take place during the meeting.

The meeting will also be followed by the official launch of the Leading University Social Services Club’s website, marking a new step in strengthening the club’s digital presence and making its activities and updates more accessible.

Film Festival 2026, organized by the Leading University Social Services Club and proudly presented by Choudhurys and Associates as the Title Sponsor, Co powered by Vista Events, was a remarkable celebration of cinema, creativity, and community. Over two memorable days, the festival brought together students, alumni, and cinema enthusiasts to experience four exciting films: Avatar: Fire and Ash, Bonolota Express, Domm, and Sinister. The enthusiastic participation and overwhelming response from the audience, with multiple screenings reaching housefull, reflected the success of the festival and the growing appreciation for quality cinema within our university community.

Beyond the screenings, the festival featured a Prize Giving Ceremony and an exciting Raffle Draw, adding to the overall experience. We were also honored to present Tokens of Gratitude to our four Best Ticket Sellers, five Best Teachers of Alo School Campus 1 & Campus 2, and three Best Designers in recognition of their dedication and valuable contributions.

More than a celebration of cinema, Film Festival 2026 was organized with a purpose. The proceeds generated from ticket sales will be utilized to support Alo School, a voluntary education program run by the Leading University Social Services Club, and the Hashi Project, enabling us to continue serving the community through education and social welfare initiatives.
