A successful Health Awareness Seminar on knee, back, neck, and shoulder pain was held in Sylhet, organised by Rotary Club of Jalalabad, Sylhet Midtown, Sylhet Garden City, Sylhet Imperial, Sylhet Green City, Sylhet Sunshine, and Sylhet Premier.

Speakers: Dr Saeedur Rahman, Director of Jalalabad Rotary Hospital, and Dr Musharraf Hussain, former GP, National Health Service, UK.

We are delighted to announce that Past President of our club, Rtn. Mohammed Asaduzzaman Sayem, has received the prestigious "Avenues of Service" award from Rotary International.

The award was presented to him by Country Coordinator PDG Istiaque at today's Rotary Town Hall Meeting.
Rtn. Sayem has been actively involved with Rotaract and Rotary for the past 25 years. He has served in various important leadership roles within Rotary Bangladesh and has initiated several impactful humanitarian service projects, including the Rotary Food Bank during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Micro-Grant Programme for economic recovery, and many more.
He has also been a dedicated member of Rotary's training team for the past 11 years and is widely regarded as one of the most inspiring and effective trainers in the region.
Rtn. Sayem was honoured with this award in recognition of his extraordinary contributions across all five Avenues of Service of Rotary:
We are incredibly proud of his achievement and grateful for his continued service to Rotary and to humanity.
