Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Overview:

We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented virtual assistant to oversee daily operations. As the virtual assistant, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the company. In addition, your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.

The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

Duties & Responsibility:

Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).
Track the progress of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
Monitor and maintain clients activity.
Response emails, calls and perform chat with the client.
Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning.
Research emerging products and provide the details to the concern department.
Look after the organic, cross sales & up sales activities.
Track the order and provide the necessary support to the client.
Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition.

Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent communication skills in the English language is required.
IELTS- Score 6.00 will get preference.
Must have the ability to manage & motivate team members.
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
Tech Savvy and passionate about IT.
Must be a team player, approachable and creative-thinker.
Proven experience of client service.
Expertise in virtual office management systems.
