Why burning textile waste is a "climate bomb."

Every year, millions of tons of garment waste are produced. But the real tragedy is how we handle it. In many places, "Jhut" and textile scraps are burnt in the open or in kilns. This releases toxic gases, heavy metals, and massive amounts of CO2 directly into our atmosphere. We aren't just losing fabric; we are destroying our air and soil. There has to be a better way to use these resources than just setting them on fire. 🌍💔

প্রতি বছর লাখ লাখ টন পোশাক বর্জ্য তৈরি হচ্ছে। কিন্তু আসল দুঃখজনক বিষয় হলো আমরা এগুলো যেভাবে ধ্বংস করছি। অনেক ক্ষেত্রে "ঝুট" এবং টেক্সটাইল বর্জ্যগুলো খোলা জায়গায় বা ইটভাটায় পুড়িয়ে ফেলা হয়। এতে বিষাক্ত গ্যাস এবং প্রচুর পরিমাণে কার্বন-ডাই-অক্সাইড সরাসরি বাতাসে মিশে আমাদের পরিবেশ নষ্ট করছে। আমরা কেবল কাপড় নষ্ট করছি না, বরং আমাদের বাতাস ও মাটিকে বিষাক্ত করছি। এই বর্জ্যগুলো পুড়িয়ে না ফেলে কাজে লাগানোর আরও ভালো কোনো পথ কি নেই? 🌍💔
