পিকেএসএফ ও ইপসা কর্তৃক বাস্তবায়িত একটি যৌথ উদ্যোগ।এ কার্যক্রম ২০১৫ সালে সীতাকুণ্ড উপজেলার সৈয়দপুর ইউনিয়ন থেকে যাত্রা শুরু করে বর্তমানে মুরাদপুর ও সীতাকুন্ড ইউনিয়ন সহ মোট ৪ টি ক্ষুদ্রঋণ শাখায় চলমান রয়েছে ।ভবিষ্যতে এ ইউনিটের কার্যক্রম আরো প্রসারিত হবে।
