কড়াইল থেকে শুরু, ছড়িয়ে যাবে সারাদেশে সিএসএফ "শিশু স্বর্গ মডেল” ❤️
সুবিধাবঞ্চিত ও প্রতিবন্ধী শিশুদের জন্য সমন্বিত স্বাস্থ্যসেবা, পুনর্বাসন ও অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক সহায়তা নিশ্চিত করতে আনুষ্ঠানিক যাত্রা শুরু করেছে সিএসএফ "শিশু স্বর্গ মডেল”।
ঢাকার কড়াইল থেকে শুরু হওয়া এই মানবিক উদ্যোগ পর্যায়ক্রমে দেশের বিভিন্ন উপজেলা ও প্রান্তিক জনগোষ্ঠীর কাছে পৌঁছে যাবে, যাতে কোনো শিশুই সেবা ও সুযোগ থেকে বঞ্চিত না থাকে।
এই মডেলের মাধ্যমে শিশুরা পাবে—
✅ দ্রুত শনাক্তকরণ ও বিশেষায়িত স্বাস্থ্যসেবা
✅ থেরাপি ও পুনর্বাসন সহায়তা
✅ সহায়ক উপকরণ ও পুষ্টি সহায়তা
✅ পরিবার ও কেয়ারগিভারদের প্রয়োজনীয় দিকনির্দেশনা
“শিশু স্বর্গ” শুধু একটি সেবামূলক কার্যক্রম নয়; এটি একটি মানবিক, অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক ও শিশুবান্ধব বাংলাদেশের স্বপ্ন।
উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন দেশের স্বাস্থ্য, সমাজকল্যাণ ও উন্নয়ন খাতের বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিবর্গ। প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন, বিশিষ্ট হৃদরোগ বিশেষজ্ঞ এবং সহ-সভাপতি, জিয়াউর রহমান ফাউন্ডেশন ডাঃ জুবাইদা রহমান। প্রধান বক্তা ছিলেন স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার কল্যাণ মন্ত্রণালয়ের মাননীয় প্রতিমন্ত্রী, ড. এম এ মুহিত, এমপি।
এছাড়াও বিশেষ অতিথিবৃন্দ হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন, সমাজকল্যাণ মন্ত্রণালয়ের মাননীয় প্রতিমন্ত্রী, ফারজানা শারমিন পুতুল, এমপি, মীর শাহে আলম, মাননীয় প্রতিমন্ত্রী, স্থানীয় সরকার, পল্লী উন্নয়ন ও সমবায় মন্ত্রণালয় (LGED); জোনায়েদ সাকি, মাননীয় প্রতিমন্ত্রী, পরিকল্পনা মন্ত্রণালয়; ড. এস এম জিয়াউদ্দিন হায়দার, মাননীয় প্রধান উপদেষ্টার বিশেষ সহকারী (স্বাস্থ্য বিষয়ক); শফিকুল ইসলাম খান প্রশাসক, ঢাকা উত্তর সিটি কর্পোরেশন (DNCC)। অনুষ্ঠানটিতে সভাপতি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন, জনাব মোঃ কামরুজ্জামান চৌধুরী, সচিব, স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার কল্যাণ মন্ত্রণালয় অনুষ্ঠানটি আয়োজনে করে, স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার কল্যাণ মন্ত্রণালয় এবং বাস্তবায়নে করেন স্বাস্থ্য অধিদপ্তর।

Starting from Korail, Spreading Across Bangladesh — CSF "Shishu Shorgo Model” ❤️
The "Shishu Shorgo Model” has officially begun its journey to ensure integrated healthcare, rehabilitation, and inclusive support for underprivileged and children with disabilities.
This compassionate initiative, launched from Korail in Dhaka, will gradually expand across different upazilas and underserved communities throughout the country, ensuring that no child is deprived of essential care and opportunities.
Through this model, children will receive:
✅ Early identification and specialized healthcare
✅ Therapy and rehabilitation support
✅ Assistive devices and nutrition support
✅ Essential guidance and counseling for families and caregivers
“Shishu Shorgo” is not just a service initiative; it is a vision for building a compassionate, inclusive, and child-friendly Bangladesh.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by distinguished personalities from the health, social welfare, and development sectors.
The Chief Guest of the event was Dr. Zubaida Rahman, renowned cardiologist and Vice Chairperson of the Ziaur Rahman Foundation. The keynote speaker was Dr. M A Muhith, MP, Honourable State Minister, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
Special guests included Farzana Sharmin Putul, MP, Honourable State Minister, Ministry of Social Welfare; Mir Shahe Alam, Honourable State Minister, Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives (LGED); Zonayed Saki, Honourable State Minister, Ministry of Planning; Dr. SM Ziauddin Hyder, Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser on Health Affairs; and Shafiqul Islam Khan, Administrator of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC).
The program was chaired by Mr. Md. Kamruzzaman Chowdhury, Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and implemented by the Directorate General of Health Services.
